1. General Cancellation Terms
Customers may cancel their advance bookings without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the pick-up time may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
2. No-Show Policy
If a customer does not show up for their scheduled ride and has not canceled in advance, the full fare will be charged.
3. Refund Process
For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Rescheduling
Customers can reschedule their advance bookings without penalty up to 24 hours before the original pick-up time. Rescheduling requests can be made through our app or website.
5. Emergency Cancellations
In the case of emergencies (e.g., illness or unforeseen circumstances), customers may contact customer support for a possible waiver of cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis.
6. Holiday and Peak Times
During holidays or peak times, different cancellation terms may apply. Customers will be informed of any specific policies at the time of booking.

Cancellations can be made easily through the website and WhatsApp, or by contacting our customer support team.
