cancellation fee.

 If a customer does not show up for their scheduled ride and has not canceled in advance,
the full fare will be charged.

3. Refund Process
 For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the
original payment method.

4. Rescheduling
 Customers can reschedule their advance bookings without penalty up to 24 hours before
the original pick-up time. Rescheduling requests can be made through our app or website.

5. Emergency Cancellations
 In the case of emergencies (e.g., illness or unforeseen circumstances), customers may
contact customer support for a possible waiver of cancellation fees on a case-by-case
basis.

6. Holiday and Peak Times
 During holidays or peak times, different cancellation terms may apply. Customers will be
